The Very Best splits ballads and up-tempo stuff half-and-half, letting you hear the great one's humanity in every mood--the pile-driving rock of "Respect," the preaching fervor of "Try a Little Tenderness," the nascent reflection of "Dock of the Bay." Album Reviews

If you like soul, RnB, or Rock n' Roll, I doubt this Otis Redding collection will disappoint you. I'd probably recommend this album for the Redding beginners. If you already know his music though, I'd suggest moving on to some of his full albums.

Pure classic. Soul's legend, he really deserves his place in the rock and roll hof. Since they have included everything that's best here there's not much else to do than buy it! :)

Otis Redding is one of the best singers out there! I highly recommend getting this album! The first few tracks are such classics! This takes me back.

Wow otis redding the best RnB singer ever, he my favorite. He came back with the number one album.
