Chicago's Lee DeWyze performs for over 30 million people each week on the most popular television show in the world, American Idol. Now a Top Finalist, Lee is being hailed as the next daughtry, with praise from all the judges; Kara DioGuardi declared Lee's voice was a good fit for "radio right now", Ellen DeGeneres has called his performances "great", and the hard to please Simon Cowell has declared that Lee was "the best singer" among the group of men and "may be the one to beat."
