Album Reviews

David R wrote on the 13th July 2010...

Just finished listening to "Korn III: Remember Who You Are" in full today, and was thoroughly disappointed. The entire album can described as such; the instrumentals were really good, very heavy and badass and sounds very very close to the style on the album "Take A Look In The Mirror," however the vocals and lyrics were the weakest out of any Korn cd. I usually really like Jonathan Davis, but it seems he either tried way to hard and failed, or half ass'd this album and again, failed. I would say there is only one track i like (11. Holding All These Lies) and two tracks that are pretty good (2. Oildale (Leave Me Alone) & 4. Fear Is A Place To Live). The rest of the album including the bonus tracks on the deluxe edition pretty much just suck. Looks like Korn is going through a pattern of releasing a good cd, then shitty, then good, and now shitty again.
